Echo Hose Hook & Ladder Co.1

Around 20:00hrs companies 1, 4 and 5 were dispatched to Huntington Ave for the reported structure fire with people still inside. First in crews found heavy smoke in the house and a fire on the stove which had started to extend to cabinets. The crew from engine 2 checked for extension and ventilated the building. It was determined the cause of the fire was due to grease and one homeowner suffered minor burns to the arm and hand trying to put the fire out.
